Aromystique Aromatherapy reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and will take effect once they are posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the terms & conditions each time you use the website. Each time you log onto the site and place an order you will be bound by the latest terms & conditions.


Ordering could not be easier, you can place an order either by telephone on 07398977750 Monday – Saturday 9.30am till 6.30pm. By e-mail using sales@aromystique.co.uk or via the website at www.aromystique.co.uk

Once you have placed an order via the website you will be sent an auto-generated order acknowledgement receipt via your registered e-mail, listing every item you have ordered and how much postage will cost. It is your responsibility to check your name and address and the delivery address that you have supplied are complete and accurate.

No refund will be given on items delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part or on part of a third party.

We aim to process your order within 3-5 business days once the order has been placed. (please notify us via the email should your order be urgent). We cannot accept responsibility for delayed parcels due to incorrect credit or debit card details given. All payment transactions are conducted through a secure web server (PayPal) (see also our privacy Policy)


The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

Sometime the prices from our suppliers may change significantly and we may NOT get the chance to update our ONLINE prices. In this case we reserve the right to charge the higher price, however, we will notify you first if necessary.

Aromystique is NOT currently registered for VAT, and therefore all our online prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due as set out in our information about How to Order.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you,

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that despite our best efforts, on occasion a product or products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price; we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product ’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Please note that we do not accept payments by cheques any more. Online BACS payments can be made direct to ‘ UK Essences ’.

Barclays Bank. Account details will be printed on the invoice. Use invoice No. as Ref.

Returning Goods and Cancellation of Orders
At Aromystique Aromatherapy Oils we want you to be happy with all our products. So if you are not 100% satisfied we are happy to refund, replace or exchange any item(s) returned to us in an unused state. If you wish to cancel any order this must be done in the first 24 hours of ordering.
